The construction of the 1# section of the Xianggang Messer new 3# NLU was formally commenced on 15 November 2011, and up till now, the various constructions have been undergoing in an all-rounded way. Shortly before the Spring Festival, the various construction tasks of 1# section shall be completed. The construction of 1# section mainly involves the load transfers of 1#--5# water stations, the standardized rectifications and automation restructuring of the water pipelines of the water stations, and the dismantling of 1#2# water stations, which also lays an excellent foundation for the construction of 2# section in 2012, and more importantly, the Company water supply pattern was re-planned.
Based on the progress schedule, 3# NLU shall be commenced into production in the 4th quarter of 2012, and the commencement into production of the project shall further expand Xianggang Messer in Southern China gas market export-oriented sales, and meanwhile will reduce the equipment venting rate.
